CAPE school is on the way to building a new playground when they move to their new location. The carnival and trade show held on Saturday saw more than $5000 raised through silent auctions, the sale of student artwork and more. Saturday’s weather had some of the activities moved indoors while others like the bouncy castles had to be cancelled due to the rain. CAPE school is moving to a location near Hat High that is expected to be complete in 2016. The parent council says it wanted to start raising money for a new playground as there isn’t once currently on the site.
