Hatters will have until the end of the month to have their comments heard for a report on Photo Radar. The Police Commission held an open house last week on the subject and a few topics emerged front and center. Some in attendance voiced concerns about placement of photo radar sites, saying they are nothing but a cash cow for city police. Others questioned the revenue generated and are looking to see how other communities treat that revenue. Police commission chair Rolf Traichel said that they will look into how other communities deal with the issue. Traichel said he hopes to have a completed report done by February
