St. Mary’s fine arts students using College facilities

A new partnership for the Medicine Hat College will see some city students boost their fine arts learning.  Once a week, grade 7-9 students from the St. Mary’s Fine Arts Academy  will be using the first-class facilities at the Cultural Centre to evolve their skills in art, drama, music and dance.  Dr. Denise Henning, College president and CEO says she’s excited about this new partnership.  Henning says the college is moving towards being a center for arts in the region. She adds  that opening up our doors to organizations like St. Mary’s is one of the ways in which they’re on the path to achieving that.
