Medicine Hat College will play host to delegates from across the country next month during the Colleges and Institutes Canada Energy Symposium. The Symposium will take place November 5-7 The theme for the symposium is Energy Partnerships, Plug in!Innovation. Skills. Efficiency. Dr. Denise Henning, president and CEO of Medicine Hat College and co-chair of the national planning committee, says energy leaders and teachers will be able to see what Medicine Hat Has done like with things like the Hat Smart initiative or the compressed natural gas buses. The symposium will attract a diverse group of applied researchers and senior college administrators, along with representatives from municipal, provincial, territorial and federal governments, industry, utilities, manufacturers, and interest holders in the energy sector.
