A man accused of sexual assaults in the 1970’s and 80’s will be headed back to court.  He was convicted in 2014, however an Alberta Court of Appeal decision overturned his conviction.  He is accused of sexually assaulting his sister-in-law in the 1970’s and his daughter a decade later when the family lived in brooks and both girls were minors.  The man will now face two separate trials, one for each of the victims in the case after a hearing last week in Medicine hat court in which charges from the two victims in the case were severed.  The man can not be identified by court order to protect the identities of the victims.  Both trails will take place next summer.
