Charges have now been laid against 3 people involved with an assault and robbery in the city. Medicine Hat Police and tactical team on Wednesday night responded to a dispute on 3rd Street SE that escalated into an assault and robbery situation. Investigators said during the incident an adult woman that was known to all of the accused received injuries. 31 year old Levi Aebig has now been charged with unlawful confinement, choking with intent, robbery and other charges. He remains in custody. 34 old Shanley Doling is facing assault with a weapon, robbery and other charges. She also remains in custody. 35 year old Jillian Brown has been charged with robbery, assault and unlawful confinement. She has been released on bail. All three accused are from Medicine Hat and will appear in Court on April 28th.
