One man remains in custody following a disturbance at a Medicine Hat nightspot. Medicine Hat Police responded to a disturbance last night at the club located at Southview Drive and 13th Avenue SE. Staff Sergeant Brian Christmann said officers noticed a man toss what appeared to be a handgun under a vehicle and run away. Christmann said he was arrested moments later with out further incident.
Police seized a loaded hand gun and have charged 28 year old Cameron St Laurent of no fixed address with attempted murder as well as numerous other handgun charges and other offences.
