Two people remain in custody this morning following a break in at a city motel. Medicine Hat Police were called out after a motel room was broken into on Monday night. Investigators said their investigation lead them to a neighboring motel in the city’s southwest where they would return yesterday with a search warrant. Police recovered stolen property from the room as well as seizing a number of weapons and a quantity of drugs. A 27 year old woman is facing numerous drug and weapons related charges. The 28 Year old man faces similar charges as well as impersonation with intent and a warrant out of Calgary. Both are scheduled to appear later this morning in Medicine Hat Court.
