The head of Telus’s health division has issued an apology to doctors after a system crash on Tuesday. That crash left physicians tied to the Telus Wolf program unable to access patient records which meant no past history, test results or medication history. Executive VP of Telus Health Josh Blair said in an email they were to slow in repairing the system and they will get better. Blair says that they are already starting to make improvements, within the company. He adds that other changes to the way they tweak the system will occur over the medium and long term. Local doctors say it was a frustrating time but they are optimistic moving forward
