The City of Medicine Hat has taken delivery of 4 new natural gas powered buses. Don’t expect though to see them anytime soon on city streets. That’s because the facilities to fuel up the vehicles still aren’t in place. City officials said they always knew that the buses would arrive before the planned filling station would be built. That filling station will be located on 10th Street SW and construction is thought will be completed by November. Three years ago the city announced the plans to begin switching over parts of it’s diesel and gas fleet to natural gas which is cheaper and produces less carbon emissions
