A sky-walk over 13th Ave. SE will become a reality over the next year. Officials with Classic Communities announced yesterday the project will go ahead with the foundations set to be dug within the next couple of weeks. CEO Murray Prokosh says it’s the most exciting project the company has undertaken in their 14 year history. The sky-walk will connect Chinook Village on the east side to a commercial and residential building on the west side. Work has already begun on the second phase of Norwood and Prokosh says that a bank, doctors offices as well as a dentist are being planned for the commercial part of the building. The project is expected to be completed by the middle of next year.
